For graduation projects

Work is done according to the following plan

1- Registration on the site

2- Send a ticket with the following data: Project name + full and comprehensive explanation of the project + help files if possible

3- The team studies the project. If there is a possibility to complete it, a new project is created that the customer finds in his account. If the team is not able to complete the work, the customer is told to respond to the same ticket.

4- The customer pays the necessary and special rights to the project through the billing tab, and one of the payment methods approved on the site can be used

5- The team starts working and completing the project, and all of that will be under the customer’s view and who is following his work through the platform - My Project-

6- The work is sent to the customer and is being tested

7- The necessary adjustments are made to the team’s mistakes only, not because of the lack of information sent or the failure to clarify programming points from the beginning.

Note: Any additions that have not been agreed upon are made for a fee

8- Programming never contains technical support for programs that work according to it - for example, problems installing and preparing the necessary programs, such as matlab, python, and eclipse, for example.

9- The absence of any response after sending the project in a period of one week, the work is considered automatic and the project is closed
